THE 3-MONTH PROGRAM

My uniquely structured program is designed specifically to help people shift into a work life that feels meaningful and energising.

The program spans three months to ensure you walk away with the experience of true clarity, recovery and future actions that excite you.

We'll move through three distinct phases, each building on the last, blending counselling approaches with grounding practices including meditation.

This method offers what most programs miss: we address your foundational wellbeing recovery and your practical aspirations, so the change you make is grounded, sustainable, and deeply aligned.

  • Understanding yourself and what's possible.

    We begin by slowing down and getting clear on where you actually are rather than where you think you "should" be. This phase is about deep self-exploration: understanding your values, strengths, patterns, and what's really driving your need for change.

    What we'll focus on:

    Building a foundation of trust and clarity about what you want from our work together.

    Exploring your career story: what's brought you here, what patterns keep showing up, what you're ready to release.

    Identifying your core values and how aligned (or misaligned) your current work is with them.

    Beginning to research possibilities without pressure to have answers yet.

    Learning grounding practices to reconnect with your body and inner wisdom. These are practices prized by executives and entrepreneurs for their remarkable impact in enhancing creativity, innovation, strategic thinking and productivity.

    You'll leave this phase with: A clearer sense of who you are beyond your job title, and initial clarity on what directions might be worth exploring.

  • Choosing your path and building your foundation.

    Once you have clarity on the landscape of possibilities, this phase is about committing to a direction and taking practical steps to prepare. We move from exploration to decision, and from decision to action.

    What we'll focus on:

    Evaluating your options against what truly matters to you (not just what sounds good on paper).

    Working through fears, doubts, and the discomfort of choosing. We will focus on specific skills, thoughts and places where you might feel a desire to shift.

    Setting clear, achievable goals for your transition.

    Creating the practical tools you'll need.

    Developing a strategic plan for skill-building, education, or certification if needed.

    Strengthening your ability to manage uncertainty without being overwhelmed by it.

    The final phase is about execution. You're no longer preparing, you're actively moving toward your new path. This is where we focus on momentum, resilience, and managing the inevitable ups and downs of job searching, career pivoting or advancing in your current workplace.

    Where a new role is appropriate, engaging in the job search process with strategies that feel aligned.

    Practicing skills and strengthening your ability to communicate your value.

    Managing rejection, self-doubt, and maintaining motivation when things feel hard.

    Reviewing opportunities, negotiating offers, and making final decisions.

    Reflecting on how far you've come and what you've learned about yourself.

    Creating a sustainable plan for ongoing wellbeing in your new role or continued trajectory.

    You'll leave this phase with: Momentum, confidence, and a clear path forward - whether that's a new role, a pivot in progress, or renewed clarity on your next steps. You’ll feel deeply replenished from your incorporated practices and motivated to move forward.

ABOUT ME

I’m a career counsellor specialising in burnout, career transition, and meaningful work. I understand the experience of professional achievement accompanied by a growing sense of misalignment.

I spent years in leadership, managing skilled and complex teams, delivering high-profile projects, navigating organisational dynamics and achieving what looked like progress from the outside. Initially, the challenge was a great fit. But over time, that changed. I felt disconnected, burned out, and frustrated. Choosing to leave a job is complicated because life has many facets, and we hold responsibilities that aren’t always easy to change. Walking away from a role, particularly one you’ve earned over time, feels challenging - even when you are walking towards something much better. It meant facing uncertainty and letting go of an identity I'd built over years.

But it was also one of the best decisions I've ever made.

That experience taught me what it takes to navigate major career transitions - the practical realities, the emotional complexity, and the importance of reconnecting with what truly matters.

Now I support professionals through similar crossroads. I hold a PhD in Education from the University of Sydney with a specialisation in wellbeing through the arts, completing my Master of Counselling with AIPC. I'm a 500hr+ advanced meditation and yoga teacher with over 20 years of personal practice and teaching.

I bring together counselling skills, educational expertise, contemplative practice, and real understanding of professional environments to help clients find clarity during transition. My approach is calm, insightful, and non-judgmental, focused on helping you reconnect with your own inner wisdom while navigating the practical realities of change.

Based on Dharawal land on the NSW South Coast with my partner, two daughters, and two pups, I work with clients across Australia and further afield who are navigating burnout, career transition, and the search for what truly fits.

  • Sessions are online and are held via Zoom. For the 3 month program, session times are arranged to suit your schedule.

  • No. Most people I work with are in the fog of uncertainty. That's exactly where we begin.

  • It's integrated support that draws on a range of skills and practical guidance. I bring expertise from education, leadership, counselling and contemplative practice. We work in a way that responds to your unique experience.

  • It is very normal to need support at different times in life. If you're feeling stuck, burned out, or disconnected from your work and you know something needs to change but you're not sure what, then this is exactly the right time. You don't need to have answers or a plan. You just need to be ready to explore what's true for you with honest, compassionate support.

  • Financial security is often one of the main reasons people stay in roles that aren't working for them.

    If you're in a career that's draining your health, clarity, and sense of purpose, the cost of staying is significant to your wellbeing, your relationships, and ultimately your future earning potential. This investment is about supporting you to make decisions that align with what truly matters, so you're not just surviving but enjoying the work you do each day. Given the amount of time we spend working, it is vital that it leaves us feeling satisfied and free to enjoy all other areas of our life.

    That said, the 3 month program is a significant commitment, and it needs to feel right for you. A payment plan can be made to suit your circumstances, but if the timing or investment doesn't align with where you are right now, you can choose to return at a better time.

    It can be worth asking your accountant about claiming this program as a work-related self-education expense. It could be tax deductible if it is likely to lead to an increase in income from your current employment or if it maintains or improves a specific skill or knowledge used in your current job.

  • Yes. I work with clients globally via video sessions. As long as we can find a time that works across time zones, location isn't a barrier.

  • By the end of our work together, you'll have clarity, tools, and a path forward. Some people continue with occasional check-in sessions. Others feel complete and move forward on their own. There are limited spots for ongoing, longer-term support on application. There's no pressure either way and we'll talk about what feels right for you as we near the end of our time together.
